Smoking Causes Sagging Breasts

New research reveals major causes of sagging breasts.

Not just age causes sagging breasts. Plastic surgeon Brian Rinker from the University of Kentucky has carried out a study that documents that smoking is a major cause in developing sagging breats.

Smoking breaks down elastin which is responsible for young and elastic skin, also in the breasts. It has been documented that this is also the reason why smokers get many more wrinkles than non-smokers in the face.

The study was carried out among 132 women whose average age was 39. 93% had been pregnant at least once. The study also showed the risk of sagging breasts increases with the number of pregnancies. It is the number of pregnacies that affects the breast, not breast feeding, according to the study that was presented at a conference for The American Society of Plastic Surgeons. A pregnacy makes the breasts grow and this is what affects the shape of the breasts, often changing from a circular shape to a half moon shape.

that you should gain atriopprape weight. It breaks down the oh, I am pregnant and can eat anything and have people serve me myth. I have not purchased this book and think $30 is a little high for the system . But if you are the kind of person who will follow a plan like this, it seems like a good thing. The only thing that I would worry about is that it relies on a lot of self-monitoring for the exercises. You have to be aware of your position instead of having a class instructor correct your position. You might be better off taking a prenatal aerobics or yoga class or a water aerobic class at your local YMCA. I do think the principles she outlines are true however. With my first child I ate well and exercised. I only gained about 25 pounds. My labor wasn't that bad (7 hours of labor, 15 minutes pushing). The weight came off pretty easily and I felt great. With my second baby, I didn't exercise or eat like I should. I still only gained about 30 pounds, but I was much more tired and uncomfortable with the pregnancy. I don't think that this site has any miracles, but it sounds like it might be a good resource if you are willing to work for a fit pregnancy.
